Over the past two decades, my career has focused on nonprofit management, team and culture development, and process improvement. In my most recent role as executive director for a national nonprofit association, our team achieved dramatic growth and attained national awareness and recognition through an intentional focus on strategic partnership and collaboration.

The past several years have taught me that I have a passion for helping leaders and organizations uncover (and change) what’s holding them back from reaching their fullest potential. I was drawn to the unique mission and comprehensive focus of Five to Flow. Where most consulting organizations only address one piece of the puzzle, Five to Flow goes much deeper for a holistic approach that creates transformational change for leaders and companies.
