My career has centered on helping people and organizations navigate change. I began in marketing and communications, where I learned the power of a clear message and, more importantly, the importance of listening. Over time, my work expanded into operations, leadership, organizational change, and large-scale transformation. As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, I’ve seen firsthand that even the strongest strategy or technology will only succeed when people understand the change, feel connected to it, and have the support to move through it.
