I have the luxury to have worked with organizations over the last 20+ years that invested in their people so I’ve always had various assessments, training and development efforts, and mentorship to help me grow. ​ As I took on more leadership roles and worked with new senior level associates, it quickly became apparent that the majority of people did not have that same luxury. ​

It became my mission to always be in roles where I could positively influence the employee experience with a focus on growth. ​I had the opportunity to do that in mature organizations as well as start up organizations. Fast forward to meeting with the team at Five to Flow whose mission it is to help companies not only reach, but sustain, peak potential through their people. Not only is it the mission, the collective is armed with an incredibly rich toolbox of resources and expertise to deliver.
